Indigo Apartments offers a team of maintenance professionals and an after-hours emergency maintenance line to call for emergencies.
If you indicate permission on your work order, our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're not present.
To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the online portal or contact our team of management professionals. For emergency work orders, please call 919-957-4633 and follow the prompts.
If you find yourself locked out during business hours, stop by our office, call our leasing team. If you are locked out after hours, you can contact a locksmith if necessary.

The full-size washer and dryer keeps laundry on your schedule without any extra steps. The stainless-steel appliance package gives every kitchen a clean, contemporary look that makes the space feel considered rather than generic. And the private patio or balcony in select units extends the living space outdoors and connects residents to the green, wooded surroundings that make Morrisville feel unlike any other Triangle community.Parking is free. You are provided one parking permit per lease holder. Visitors must park in a visitors spot to avoid being towed. Indigo does not allow work vehicles/trucks to be parked onsite or provide any extra permit for a second vehicle.
Our apartments at Indigo offer the amenities that provide you with the activities you love. Spend your Saturday morning reading a new book by the pool, and easily accomplish your fitness goals at the fitness center indoor and one outdoor. We also provide a dog park, so your furry friends can experience some freedom! We have several grill stations throughout the community along with a playground.
Indigo is proudly pet-friendly! We permit dogs and cats, and up to 2 pets per home. Contact our leasing team with any questions about weight requirements or pet rent!
In each renovated home, you'll find stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen along with a fill sized washer and dryer. Some classic homes do not have stainless-steel nor a microwave. Please call the leasing office for specific features.
Indigo comes unfurnished, but we would be happy to assist you and connect you with a recommended vendor like CORT which provides furnishings at an additional cost.
ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING
We aim to approve all applications within 24 hours. Background checks, supplying income through VOI, can cause a delay based on completion by yourself or depending on what state/country you have lived in. If you have questions about the status of your application, please call our leasing team!
Paying rent is made easy through BILT! If you have any questions about the rent payment process, please contact our leasing team.
You are not required since we sign you up for RLL Liability Insurance. However, we strongly encourage rental insurance as RLL does not cover your personal belongings, hotels, etc. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
We required Spectrum ($85/month). This is a part of your lease contract.
If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.
To set up your utilities, contact Duke Energy online or by phone. For townhome rentals you are also requested to set up water/sewer. This is through the city of Durham and information will be provided on your Welcome Letter. If you have any questions about setting up your utilities, please contact our leasing team!
Utilities such as water, trash, sewer, electricity, Spectrum, pest control, and all other utility fees will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to three times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than five times (gross market rent). Income is verified through Yardi VOI and may require connection to your bank account or employee portal for payroll.

As long as your future home is ready to view we welcome you to come take a tour! Call our property staff to arrange the best time so there is no wait and enough time to answer any questions you have about your new home!
In order to get the full experience, schedule a tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home. We are not always  able to accommodate walk-ins but will do our best!
For the safety and security of our property, team, and residents, photo ID is required for anyone taking a tour.
We want you to make your new space home! You can decorate, but please keep in mind you may be charged for hole repairs if you hang art or TVs. If you rent the B2A Townhome, you are not able to mount your TV as the water heater lives behind that wall. If you have a question about what types of decorations are permitted, please call our leasing team!
There are - you can find this on our fees page for a full breakdown. This includes Spectrum, pest control, drainage fee, RLL Liability Insurance, trash/valet trash, and Fetch.
Subletting and short-term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc., are strictly prohibited.
We want Indigo to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are based on the city of Durham. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges!
Move-in payment may vary based on your approval status. Your Welcome Letter will be very detailed. Please contact a team member for details.
